"We was served today by Jessica- baring in mind its Christmas eve so very busy- she was polite, friendly and had a huge smile on her face. We sat and watched her with other customers and she was amazing with them too, especially the young children. Credit to your team. Please pass this on to her."

"Amazing service, great team Tesco is lucky to have these workers. As an foreign sometimes I feel nervous and ashamed of asking for things because of my accent and because of negative past experiences but not this time. I have encountered a beautiful and understanding team that helped me getting what I wanted , I was treated with kindness and respect. Plus the café looks nice and the food is good enough. The down side is maybe being next to the clothing section, it lacks view/ environment and possibly not good for the clothes either ."

"Long walk from the front door to the back right, via the escalator. This makes it inconvenient before or after shopping. Atmosphere? Loud, jarring, but the fit and finish is fair, if not boring. Though the food is a shadow of itself, the staff are lovely and caring towards customers. I've never seen it busy, nor does it service the locals as a place to eat an evening meal. When it was at the front, it was very busy, a hub for workers, locals, and the elderly to have a meal. Now it's largely forgotten. Yet another Tesco miss step, making rather a lot of those lately, almost like they just don't have a clue."

"Had a small latte and pack of 2 ginger biscuits £3.95. The latte tasted nice and was hot. The biscuits are the ones you get from all the posh cafe's. It used to be a Costs here but I think it is much better now, from the cups they use to the taste of the latte I had. Would be happy to go there again."

"Came in with my daughter. Before shopping went to the cafe and had a Cappuccino, daughter had a coke and a slice of cake. Staff are fantastic, always cheerful, polite, always makes us feel very welcome. Can't fault them at all."
